2010 Vendor Session

Deadline is Feb. 10th

Orlando FL, USA — There are still a few openings for short Vendor Presentations at the popular Vendor Session on Monday evening, April 5th, just prior to the start of the full week program at ThermoSense. The absolute deadline for talks that will be posted in the final DSS Conference Program from SPIE is this coming week.

Interested organizations need to send their talk information to:
Herb Kaplan (hkaplan@earthlink.net), who will moderate the Session in place of Andres Rozlosnik and Ray Peacock; they are unable to attend this year.

All that is needed is a speaker name & position, Talk Title and Organization Details. (See the overall ThermoSense Conference Call For Papers: thermosense.org/archives/18 )

Limited to twelve 10 minute talks with slides and or videos, plus two backups, this has become one of the most popular program additions to ThermoSense in the past few years. It features short (5 to 10 minute talks from vendors who will be presenting new products and/or services at the Exposition the begins the following day.

It is followed by a Social Hour where Vendor and Attendees can mingle, ask more questions and get to know each other a bit better.

It also affords early attendees for the ThermoSense and other Conferences at DSS to be better informed enabling them to pick and choose what to see and how to optimize their Expo time. Most are very busy during Expo hours with the many parallel programs and session
