The Adronicus G. Kantsios Award is presented annally to the outstanding paper of the Conference. It is presented in memory of Dr. Adronicus G. Kantsios of NASA Labs, a leader in the development of the Thermosense Conferences who suffered an early and untimely death. Each year the award is sponsored by an organization associated with the Conference. This year's sponsor is the NEC San-Ei Company of Japan.
