Graduated from Osaka University in 1983.
Received Doctor's Degree in 1988 from Osaka University.
Research Associate of Osaka University from 1988 to 1994.
Associate Professor of Osaka University from 1994.
Visiting Scholar of University of Wisconsin and Purdue University in 1996 and 1997.
