Biography: Dr. Madding has worked in the thermography field since 1974. He has done seminal work in thermography applications development in disciplines ranging from environmental to aerospace to predictive maintenance. He has been active in the Thermosense conference since 1978 when he co-founded it with two other University of Wisconsin alumnae.
