Biography: 

Mr. Timo Kauppinen was born in 1950. MSc (tech), heat and mass transfer technology, 1981, University of Oulu, faculty of technology, department of process engineering

• 1) research scientist in  VTT Building Technology 1980 and from -81 on continuously in VTT Building Technology/ Facility Management - research group

• 2) articles and research publications on: Building physics, the maintenance of HVAC-systems and equipments, the performance of HVAC-systems and equipments, the measurement and condition survey techniques of buildings and heating and ventilation systems
