Biography:  Mr. Cramer received a bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in
1989. Since that time he has been employed by the Nondestructive Evaluation Sciences
Branch of NASA's Langley Research Center. As Group Leader for Thermal NDE Mr. Cramer has
been actively involved in developing new way to apply infrared thermography to characterize
aerospace materials and structures.
